• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier service, or unforeseen delays.
• Xelvano is not liable for delays due to courier service or force majeure events.

6. Exchanges
• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Personalized or final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
• Xelvano reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.
